Refund Policy

The provisions below may be superceded by the particulars of any other agreement between you, the Client, and Jaymunda.

Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, if the Project is billed as a Fixed Job Cost as specified in the original agreement, no refunds shall be issued for monies received by Jaymunda, regardless of Project status.

If you have any problems with your project, please notify us as soon as possible.

If the Project is billed Hourly, refunds shall be decreased by the number of hours Jaymunda has worked, expenses incurred and the remainder is subject to a 20% processing fee.

The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Project Completion signed by you. This is a required condition.

Each project has a full estimate available, please make sure that you've carefully read your estimate and agreement.
